BREATHE.FOR.MORE

Less noise. More you.

Movement, breath, and meditation have shaped my life in different ways. Some lessons challenged everything I thought I knew.

Today, I bring them together with one intention: to help you reconnect with yourself.

I'm a certified yoga teacher and breathwork & meditation facilitator. My approach combines science, curiosity, mindful movement, and a little intuition.

No perfect poses. No complicated expectations. Just practices that meet you where you are.

FROM DISCIPLINE TO AWARENESS

Writing

I started ballet at three. After thirteen years of training, I became a certified ballet instructor at sixteen.

Dance taught me discipline, expression, and how to push my limits. Years later, yoga challenged me in a completely different way: to stop pushing.

Turning inward, letting go of comparison, and listening to my body were surprisingly difficult lessons. And I'm still learning.

Turns out, sometimes doing less is the real challenge.

THE POWER OF BREATH

At twenty-nine, with a toddler and plenty of questions about life, I discovered Sufi breath practices.

For the first time, I understood how something so simple could help me feel grounded and connected.

That curiosity eventually led me to study the science of breathwork.

Today, what excites me most is helping people discover how to use their breath in everyday life, whether they need calm, focus, or a little more energy.

We've been breathing all our lives. But how often do we actually pay attention?

MAKING PEACE WITH BUSY MIND

Meditation didn't come easily to me either. My mind was always wandering, and I thought I had to make it stop.

Eventually, I learned that meditation isn't about silencing our thoughts. It's about noticing them without getting carried away.

Life doesn't necessarily slow down, but we can learn to find a little stillness within it.

Even five minutes count. And yes, a wandering mind is welcome.
